The Scientific Revolution

A big change in today's Science

What was the change?

A new way that thinkers changed things in the world. It all started in Europe roughly between the mid 1500-1700. Scholars wanted to produce new ideas, especially to determine how the universe really looks like. In this picture, telescopes were made to see far into space to determine the universes perspective.

Who were the people associated with the change?

So many smart people were involved in this big change for Europe. Some of the top people were called: Copernicus, Kepler, Galileo, & Newton. Each one of them studied Astronomy. They all wanted to prove that if Earth or the Sun was in the center of the universe and to see where the stars came from. This picture shows great man that used their ideas to understand the universe.

How did the change impact the society at the time?

It changed so many things. People got involved the scholars beliefs and were faded away from religions views and heading into darkness. In this picture it shows how people were trying to understand the scholars theories and teachings.

How is the change evidence in today's modern society?

Many things have evolved in modern science. Today's scientific theory can be seen in a different way. Enlightenment changed so many things and scientists still use their theories. In this picture it shows to pictures of each universe that showed how they thought they saw the universe and what it really is.
So many things happened, so that they can come out to prove to the world that their theories were right and that religion cant be involved in all of this. I wish i could of been in that time to see what great people did before to bring it up into modern day science.
