Staff Spotlight!

Britney Champlin is an invested member of our preschool staff. Britney has been with us for the past 5 years and we look forward to her continuing her journey as a preschool paraprofessional in our special needs preschool resource room this coming school year.

Over the past few years, Britney has taken on many responsibilities within the preschool program. When asked Britney what she loves the most about preschool she said, "I love teaching the kids and providing them with hands-on learning opportunities, then watching them when it comes together. It's an amazing experience to step back and watch students build their independence. I enjoy seeing them have fun learning and watching them grow."

When giving advice to our parents and families, Britney said, "Enjoy the little moments, allow them to safely explore their world and learn, it’s a beautiful thing."

When Britney is not devoting her time to preschool, she loves spending time with her family. She is engaged to her fiancé, Zach, and has a daughter Bella (9), and a son Keyton (6). Britney and her family have many animals including horses, cats, dogs, and chickens. One of Britney's favorites is riding horses and just spending time outdoors.

Thank you, Britney, for all you do for our students and families. We appreciate you!!!
