Level 3 Update
20th September 2021
Kia ora koutou,
I hope you are all doing well with your families at home. A big thank you to you all for your support during this time. At the 4pm announcement today, the Prime Minister confirmed we will move into alert Level 3 from Tuesday 21st September at 11:59pm. Level 3 school will open on Wednesday 22nd September at 8:45am. We have planned for staff and students on site in level 3 from your survey responses.
A reminder that children should remain at home in Level 3. In Level 3, schools will be a place for children whose parents/caregivers cannot work from home during Alert Level 3 and have no one else to supervise their children. Online learning continues whether your child is supervised at home or onsite.
We will have a small staff at school in Level 3, with two bubble classes of approximately 10 students. With this in mind, if your circumstances have changed and you are required to work and there is no one at home to supervise your child/ren during Level 3 lockdown please notify me via email - carla@pinehill.school.nz
Students can not turn up without email notification as we have to plan for staff to come on site for the number of students registered.
In Level 3, the school looks very different. I have attached theLevel 3 bubble class logistics.
Please discuss this with your children, so they know what school looks like on Wednesday. Click here
Key points moving into Level 3

Physical distancing is required inside (1 metre) and outside (2 metres) at school,
