Our Woodfield Heart Heroes are off to a great start!!!
As of today, Woodfield students have earned $5,289 in donations for the American Heart Association! Even if you don't wish to raise funds - you can still register your child without funds to earn incentives and complete Finn's heart Challenge. Our top earner will have a banner placed in the gym with their name on it - "Name the Gym".
We will be having a special all-school surprise at a later date to celebrate our Heart Hero success - stay tuned!
Here are our school goals:
Have 250 kids register! We currently have 63 students registered.
Have 30 kids complete the Finn's mission! We currently have 2 students completed.
Beat our best donation year yet which was $15,734. We are at $5,289.

Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures
Dear families,
The safety of our students, staff, and families is one of our top priorities. Please take a moment to review the drop off and pick up procedures.
If your child is driven to and from school, please make sure to drop them off on the school side of the driveway. Children must exit or enter vehicles on the passenger side of the vehicle only which keeps them safe and out of the lane of moving traffic. Drivers should not leave their vehicle if they are in the drop off or pick up zone. They must remain seated in the vehicle in order to pull ahead when necessary.
The drop off and pick up lane is single lane traffic only. Please do not pass any vehicles. The driveway in the front of school is not a parking area and cars that are left parked there create a backup for everyone. This driveway is only for immediate pick up and drop off. You may not park in the driveway during pick up and drop off times.
Parents parking in the parking lot for pickup are required to walk up the sidewalk to escort their child back to the car. Children may not walk to cars unattended by an adult. Staff members will not allow children to walk to and from cars in the lot without adult supervision.
Let's work together to keep everyone safe. If you have questions or concerns regarding our pick up or drop off procedures, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Jessica Grimm
Principal
