what are dreams?

Have you ever had a dream that you were flying in air and then all of a sudden your swimming in a pool of water, but then you wake up and your still in your bed. well that's what a dream is , its a figment of our imagination or our conscience and the creative part of our mind that we have , and most of the time our dreams tells us things . lets say you've been stressing about a test lately and you were so stressed that you started having dreams that you couldn't explain why you were having them, well the reason your having that dream is because you cant control your feelings and your holding them in too long and so your mind began to resolved the feelings and then while your sleeping you make them become real in your mind and the word for that would be called vision.

here are some quotes from different scientisit who have something to say about '' the vision of an dream''.

Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.”
C.G. Jung
