3rd - 8th GradeWe want to inform you that 3rd through 8th grade students will begin participating in the practice Readiness - Improvement - Success - Empowerment (RISE) Benchmark assessments. Class practice benchmark assessments are designed to be based upon a single standard and completed in 30 - 45 minutes. The benchmarks provide data to teachers and help them to adjust classroom instruction. During the months of January through early March, the RISE interim assessments will be completed over a period of several days for each grade level. This practice assessment will help our students be more comfortable and prepared for the state summative assessments in April and May 2022. Please reference the attached letter here for more information. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact your child's teacher or Carly Dursteler at Carly.Dursteler@ccidschool.org. | Home Hotspots CCID is excited to let our families know that we will be able to loan one wifi hotspot per family for use with your child's CCID Chromebook. Each hotspot will serve up to five siblings’ CCID Chromebooks. The hotspot also comes with a free unlimited monthly data usage plan for our families. The hotspots and Chromebooks will be loaned to CCID families through May 27th, 2022. If your family would like to receive a free loaned hotspot and associated free data plan please complete the link enclosed as soon as possible. Thank you!
