A Note from Pete
February is Black History Month and a time to celebrate the fullness of African American history and culture. Please join me in taking time to participate in an activity or event to humanize and celebrate this vibrant history and on-going struggle to end racism. On February 8th, my daughter and I will be traveling to Washington D.C. to participate in a day long workshop titled “Outward Inclusion”, presented by the Arbinger Institute. Human rights and dignity for all is a vital to bringing lasting peace, kindness and mental health to us, our families and the community.
