Dear Oak Ridge Families,
We are back in full swing here at ORES! If the weather cooperates, we will only be out of school on the 16th during the month of January and on the 20th during the month of February. To help you stay informed, classroom newsletters are now available for you to view by clicking each classroom teacher's name listed below.
For your convenience, a free/reduced meal application form is linked below. If your income status has changed please complete a free/reduced meal application form and return it to the office.
If you are new to the district, student information such as grades, attendance, and lunch account balance can be accessed online through the parent portal. The parent portal access form is linked below. Complete the form and return it to the office.
If demographic information for your family such as address or phone number has changed, please contact the office to provide updated contact information.
The Oak Ridge Community Athletic Association summer ball forms are linked below and will also be sent home with students. Return these forms by February 3rd.
IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE A KINDERGARTEN STUDENT ATTEND OR KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO PLANS TO HAVE A KINDERGARTEN STUDENT ATTEND OAK RIDGE ELEMENTARY DURING THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR, PLEASE NOTIFY THE ELEMENTARY OFFICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AT 573-266-3232 SO WE CAN GET YOU ON THE LIST FOR KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT PLANNING THAT IS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 2023.
If you or your child needs assistance with school supplies or other resources, please let me know as we have access to resources to help you. We are happy to be back in school with our kiddos!
