S.H.O.U.T.!® Youth Leadership
Mission Statement
To develop, in an interactive environment, the leadership skills and community awareness of selected high school students. Since 1989, the program has developed young leaders and exposed them to the various elements which help form a strong, dynamic community.
There are two options available. We have a weeklong session and a school year program. There is limited space available in the summer week long session. The school year program will be more in depth leadership building and we will do community outreach.

Dobyns-Bennett High School is moving forward with plans to hold a traditional in-person graduation the weekend of July 17-18, 2020 (Friday/Saturday). As the status of health considerations and guidance from the Sullivan County Health Department become known as that weekend approaches, final details regarding time and logistics, including a mandatory graduation practice, will be announced.
Students who will not be able to attend a graduation ceremony in July due to previous commitments such as military deployments and post-secondary education are encouraged to contact the D-B counseling office. School administration will individually work with those students to plan a graduation celebration that honors their accomplishments.
