SPCS Connector 2022
May

Note from the Administrator
Dear Parents,
May brings spring flowers, sunshine, and warmer temperatures for all of us to enjoy! May also brings the end to our 2021-2022 school year! It has also been an awesome year. . As we look ahead to next year, we want to make sure that you are a part of it! If you have not re-enrolled, forms are available in the school office . It is our sincere hope to partner with you in the coming years and continue the good work that God has started in each of our students during 2022-2023.
Reading is a huge part of SPCS, and our elementary students and I am very proud of them all and how they have grown as readers. They have read over 8,000 books which is a major accomplishment. It is our sincere hope that all of our students will leave SPCS with a love for reading.
Students have studied and learned a lot about God and the personal relationship that they can have with him through our catechism instruction in chapel and in class. We are working on living out our mission which is to Love God, Love each Other and Serve the World.
Academically, students have grown and expanded their knowledge in order to be prepared for the next class or grade level. We are very proud of each of our preschool and elementary students.
God Bless,
Mrs. Hoffman

2022-2023 REGISTRATION and PAYMENT REMINDERS
A reminder that 2022-2023 registration is ongoing for Preschool, Preschool Plus, and Elementary. If you have not yet registered, you may obtain forms from Miss Thompson at the Welcome Desk. Remember that all SPCS and Welcome Place fees must be current to register for next year.
All families who are returning for the 2022-2023 school year will be required to enroll in the new FACTS Family Online Account. This enables our school to utilize all the benefits that the system provides in the areas of data, tuition, and academics.
There are many benefits to our school through using the FACTS management system.
- Payment Dates: Payments are going to continue to be due on the 1st of each month. However, there will now be an automatic payment which will take away the need to remember to make these payments each month. Automatic payments can be made from a checking or savings account or from a variety of credit cards, if applicable, and are processed securely through a bank to bank transaction.
- Enrolling in FACTS: You will need to enroll in a FACTS payment plan by going online to your FACTS Family Online Account. All families must enroll! There will be a $50 fee the first time you sign in to the account. Specific information on opening your account will be sent out the second week of April.
- FACTS Management system is used by the school for attendance, lunch charges, field trips, hosting the school website, state reporting, and reporting grades for each student.
For those families who have already registered for Kindergarten through Fifth Grade classes, the following fees will be due on May 1st :
Elementary Combined Fee, $350
Full Day Kindergarten Combined fee, $250
Half Day Kindergarten combined fee, $225
The combined fee includes $100 for the 2nd Registration Installment and the material and book fee.
