May 2022 Graduation Update
Email #1
Welcome to the Weekly Graduation Email. We noticed that you are an expected graduate for either the Spring 2022 or Summer 2022 class. You will receive these emails each week from now until Friday, May 13, 2022 with updates about the ceremony and other activities.
Ceremony Details
The May 2022 Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the University at Buffalo, Center for the Arts (North Campus). The ceremony is expected to be 2.5 hours long. Names of graduates attending the ceremony will be read. Graduates are to arrive at the venue no later than 6:15 PM. Further instructions will be shared in April.
Tickets
Students will be issued five (5) tickets for their guests. Please note that graduates themselves do not need a ticket. If students will not use their five tickets, they are encouraged to donate them to the Ticket Pool where they can give their tickets to their friends who may need them. If students need extra tickets, they may request up to two (2) extra tickets through the Ticket Pool. Extra tickets are not promised, and will be distributed in a lottery style manner.

Individuals will not be able to attend events at the Center for the Arts, even if they have a medical or religious exemption.
Read more about the UB Center for the Arts Vaccination policy HERE.
Since this is an external venue, all expected graduates must bring a photo ID and proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.
The ceremony will also be live streamed, and the link will be shared closer to the event date.
Your Graduation Checklist
Graduation Participation Form - Required
Form Firm Deadline: Sunday, March 20, 2022 by 11:59 PM
The form will close and no late submissions will be accepted.
Form Link: https://my.trocaire.edu/graduation-information/
Cap and Gown Sizing: If you are stuck on what size to get for your cap and gown - go by your height. If the height does not match your current weight, size up or check into the Plus size for regalia. Regalia does not always fit as standard sizing - If you have questions on sizing, please contact Lauren Reczek at ReczekL@trocaire.edu.
Form Errors or Mistakes: Please review your form to ensure your correct program is on there! We've noticed that students complete them without reviewing them and end up with either the wrong program, cap and gown size, or address.
What if I don't plan to attend? Students who do not plan on attending the ceremony still need to complete the form.
If your name or address has changed, please complete the Change in Name or Address Form.
