1) Country Basics
Ukraine is my country.
Kiev is the capital of Ukraine.
The golden yellow symbolizes the fields of wheat and the blue represents the sky, mountains, and streams of Ukraine.
2) Geography
Ukraine is in Europe and the countries that surround Ukraine are Poland, Belarus, Romania, Hungary, Moldova, Slovakia, and Russia.
Crimean Mountains and Crimean Peninsula are the major landforms of Ukraine.
Ukraine's major landmarks are Kiev Pechersk Lavra, Saint Sophia's Cathedral, St. Andrew's Church, Maidan Nezalezhnosti, and Mikhail Bulgakov Cathedral.
Ukraine's major bodies of water are Black Sea, Sea of Azov, Donets River, Desna River, Dnieper River, Southern Bug, and Dniester River.
People of Ukraine live in urban areas which effects people of how they survive, eat, work, and transportation.
3) Government
Ukraine's government is a republic.
Petro Poroshenko is president of Ukraine.
Leaders are chosen directly by citizens.
Ukraine citizens provide the guarantee of human rights and freedoms, and of the deserved conditions of human life.
4) Economy
Ukraine is a poor nation.
Ukraine's credict is called Ukrainian Hryvnia and one Ukrainian Hryvnia equals 0.042 of a US dollar.
Ukraine's main exports are ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, machinery, fuel and petroleum products, transport, and food products.
Ukraine's birth rate is 9.41%, the drinking water sources are urban: 98.1%, rural: 97.7%, and total: 98% for improved. For unimproved, urban: 1.9%, rural: 2.3%, and total: 2%. Literacy rate is 99.7% total. Life Expectancy is 69.14 years in total.

In Ukraine, men wear embroidered white shirts, paired with pants of a bit darker colors. Women wear long skirts, blouses, scarves, and decorative headdresses.
Ukraine's major languages are Ukrainian and Russian.
Ukraine's major holidays are Kuplao, Christmas, Independence Day, Pascha, Pentecost, Rosh Hashanah, Ukrainian Unity Day, and Malanka.
Ukraine's main religion is Orthodox which hold to Christian beliefs and are highly conservative.
Ukraine's popular food is Varenyky and contains dough, and the stuffing inside can be meat, mashed potatoes, mushrooms and fried onions, or pickled cabbage.

Sometimes heavy Thunderstorms and sometimes heavy snowfalls and snowstorms for general weather conditions.
The average yearly precipitation of Ukraine is 1,875mm.
The yearly temperature is around 81F.
There are snowfalls between October and April, rainfall is unevenly distributed, and temperatures usually drop down.

Orthodox is a religion of Ukraine and Christianity is a religion of the United States. Ukrainian the language of Ukraine and English is the language of the United States.
Place of origin in the United States is Roman province of Judea. Ukraine's place of origin is Palestine, Rome, and Armenia. Belief in God for the United States is One God. Father, son, and Holy Spirit. Belief in God for Ukraine is believe in God, as revealed in the Nicene Creed. For both countries, they both believe birth of Jesus is Virgin Birth. Both countries have day of worship and it is on Sundays for both countries. English Language is based off the Latin alphabet and consist of letters. Ukrainian Language is based off the Cyrillic alphabet and has 33 Cyrillic letters. Ukrainian Language does not use articles and English Language does use articles such as a, an, the, etc. Both languages use three word tenses for language. Both languages can be written or printed in cursive.
