mClass and MAP Results

I expect to have result packets ready to send home later this week. Please check your child's blue folder every day for homework, notes, and test results. Thank you!

Last Week

We had a busy week last week and most days did not follow a traditional schedule. I was so very proud of the students in our class who stayed for the dance and followed all of the expectations set for them. Our Valentine's party went smoothly because the students were respectful and followed directions. Because of the students' behavior, I look forward to having more celebrations in the coming months.

I also want to send a special thank you out to all the parents who volunteered their time to come in and help with the party, the PTO members who helped with the dance, and the families who sent items in for the party. Our class is grateful.

Person of the Week

This week we celebrate Grey Reedy. Grey was selected as Person of the Week because of his positive attitude and his kindness towards others. Grey always has a smile and a pat on the back for a friend who is feeling down. He attacks every challenge with a positive attitude and he encourages others to do the same. When working in a group, Grey synergizes well with his teammates. Grey has earned a homework pass, lunch with a friend, unlimited access to the bean bag chair, and his star on our Student Corner board. Keep leading by example, Grey!
