Artists create Dia de Los Muertos Pinata

Our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade artists have been working hard for the past three weeks on our school pinata for K Space Contemporary Art Gallery. It is on display at their gallery Wednesdays through Saturday from 11a.m. until 5p.m. Voting has started and will last until the end of our city's annual Dia de los Muertos Festival which starts at 3p.m. and ends at midnight on November 2nd. All the voting is done by the public. I encourage you to go by the gallery and vote, but please be advised to go to the festival early. It gets crowded fast. There will also be a kids corner for children to do art projects, vendors, food, music and more. Thank you all our young and talented Texan Artists! You all did a fantastic job!
