Traffic Flow Information
Drive carefully and follow parking attendants directions to keep everyone safe.
Walk & Serve Participants (if you are coming to do the service projects)
All members and their friends/family are encouraged to attend the event. If your club is not hosting a station, please go straight to the Welcome Tent to get an event map/nametag.
Walk & Serve Volunteers (if you are working at a station)
If your club is hosting a station, you DO NOT need to stop by the Welcome Tent.
- Go straight to your club’s station to get your nametag/t-shirt.
- When you are volunteering at the station, please wear the Walk & Serve shirt.
- When you are participating in the hands-on projects at other stations, please take your event shirt off. This helps with our photography efforts so we can clearly tell who is volunteering and who is doing the projects.
Stay customer service centered...when you are inside the station representing 4-H, keep the conversation focused on the project, the non-profit, the benefits of 4-H, and encouraging the people who are doing the service projects.
This event MIGHT BE the ONLY time they have even HEARD about 4-H. Help them have a positive experience...this is your time to shine!
