Fall is Just Around the Corner
Can you believe that we are at the end of August? Fall is just around the corner. It is such a fun time of the year when the weather begins to cool down (even though we are in TX and can wear shorts almost all year long) and signs of fall can be spotted in nature.
This year, we are thankful that our students are in school and are learning. They are reading, writing, discovering and exploring in Social Studies and Science class and solving complex math problems. It is so great to be back in school!
Please know that we are working very hard to keep our students safe. This year, students are eating by grade level and spread out in the cafeteria. Desk and chairs are being sanitized throughout the day. We continue to monitor and adjust as needed. We are thankful for your continued support. In addition, Face masks are highly encouraged and recommended at school and all District buildings. For more information on our Safe Return to School Guidelines click on the link.
Hydration
Also, we are taking donations for cases of water or paper, plastic, or styrofoam cups. Your child can bring these in at anytime to their homeroom teacher. This will be used if a student forgets their bottle. This allows us to provide every student with a bottle of water or a cup to use during the day. Thank you again for your support!
