Lactic acid

You can make i from any milk.

Lactic acid bacteria.

Kefir is made by fermentation of the kefir "grains". The grains consist of bacteria and yeast.

Takes 12 to 24 hours to form.

2cups of fresh kefir.

1tbs of fresh parsley.

1tbs of chives.

1tbs of limon zest.

1tbs of fresh garlic.

1tbs of sea salt.

1/4 tsp herbamare.

1/2tsp xanthan gum.

PH of 4.5

White yellowish in color with a yeasty aroma.
