Title I
Dear Parents,
As educators at the Beaver Dam Unified School District, our challenge is to find effective ways to meet the needs of all our students. Research studies indicate that family involvement has a direct and positive effect on student achievement.
Our school receives federal Title I funds for the purpose of assisting students in meeting federal and state language arts and mathematics standards. Realizing the importance of parental involvement, federal guidelines require schools to develop a Student/Family/School Agreement as a component of the school policy.
Please read and review the agreement below as a pledge to promise to work together to ensure the success of your child.
We look forward to working with you and your child to make this a successful school year.
Thank you for your time and support as we work together in educating your child.

Title I School Family Agreement
We know that students learn best when everyone works together to encourage learning. This agreement is a promise to work together as a team. Together we can maximize the potential of every student! Please read over this agreement with your student and make commitments to collaborate for student success. See your student’s Teacher or Principal for any questions.
