Next Bi-Weekly Due Date: March 27th!

The Smore newsletter will be sent out bi-weekly throughout the semester. Information on upcoming due dates, extra credit opportunities, and a hodgepodge of everything else will be included in the newsletters. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions!
Grades have recently been updated for students following the 18, 16, and 14 week schedules in class. Our next bi-weekly due date for students following the 18, 16, 14 and 12 week schedules is March 27th!
I want to encourage you to use your parent auditor accounts to log into the GaVS system to view your child's grades in class.

Spring Break Information!
GAVS Late Work Policy!
- All student work is due bi-weekly on Fridays at midnight. Check course schedules for course assignments and specific due dates.
- Work turned in after the deadline on the course schedule will be accepted within 1 week with a late penalty assessed.
- Late penalties begin on Saturday and are deducted at a rate of 10% of the assignment value per school day. Work submitted on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday following the bi-weekly due date is considered one day late. Tuesday (-20%), Wednesday (-30%), Thursday (-40%), and Friday (-50%).
- At the end of the semester, all classwork must be submitted prior to the time period of the final exam is available.
