Tonkawa
Long ago,Tonkawa people were pushed out of Texas and into Oklahoma. Placido are important to our landmark because they fought for more land against the Comanches. The story of the Tonkawa starts here.

Tonkawa means"real people." Tonkaweya means "they all stay together." The Comanchiex on the horse back repersents the Texas Indians.
