Interim Parent Teacher Conferences-Thursday, November 18

We are looking forward to meeting with you virtually to discuss your child's progress, and distribute the interim report cards. Next week, you will receive a link to sign up online for a time to meet with us, and go over the interim grades. Conferences will begin at 3:00 on Zoom.

Tuition Payment Plans-Sign Up Now!

Parents, you may start setting up your payment plans on FACTS now. Please use this link to begin the process: Choose the payment option that works best for you.

You may make your November payment as you normally do through Cashapp by November 15th. FACTS Payment plans will begin with the December payment, on December 15th. Please sign up by December 5th. If you have any questions about the process, please contact Ms. Nugent or Mr. Paul.

Florida Fruit Fundraiser

We have begun our annual Fruit Fundraiser! Yesterday, students received all of the materials they need to begin taking orders. Orders are due December 6th. Payment must be received with the orders and may be paid with cash, check, or CashApp ($Ejapay). For CashApp payments, please be sure to note that this is for "fruit orders".

We are asking everyone to help sell as much fruit as possible! The more that is sold the more money the school earns. The student who takes the most orders will receive a prize, so remind them to get out there and start selling now!

Christmas Canned Food Drive

EJA students will have the opportunity to bring joy to our community this holiday season! We will be collecting canned food to donate to Feed More in Richmond. Students can bring in canned foods to help us reach our goal of "filling the bin" from now until December 10th!

Partnering for Eternity Scholarship Program

Our school will be participating in this scholarship program once again this year. Students have the opportunity to be a part of a mentoring relationship with a member of the community, and receive scholarship funds in the process! The program begins in January, but please enroll now to get started. To learn more about this program, check out the website:

If you are interested in your student being a part of this program, please contact:

Upcoming Asynchronous Learning Days

Please note: November 18 and November 22 are asynchronous learning days. On asynchronous learning days, students will remain home for the day, and receive their assignments virtually through Microsoft Teams or email. There are no Zoom meetings, but these are required school days. Students should be "present" by completing all of their assignments on time. If there are questions about assignments, teachers will be available all day to assist.

CDC Travel and Holiday Guidance
