The Life of Max Will Excite You With It's Twists And Turns

Max is a spunky 16 year old girl. Although she may look normal, she isn't. She has been made from human DNA and bird DNA making her have wings. One day she and her friends (who are also mixed with bird and human DNA) hear about a group called "The Doomsday Group" saying that they want the world to be happy. Only thing they need to do is exterminate the human race so the mutants can dominate and start over. Their plan involves hypnotizing the mutants in the world in order to make them brain dead. What are their weaknesses and will Max and her friends save the world? Find out in James Patterson's novel, Angel.

Put your mind to it and you can do anything.

The Maximum Ride adventures really shows how people are in the real world and fictional world combined. There's reactions to what's happening that I would do myself and that there's really no limit to what you can do in life. This graphic novel shows what's true to life and how humans ridiculously react to things that they've never seen before. It's nice to see authors embrace themselves in their book or just in a character. Maximum ride makes me laugh at things that I do like make bad decision or backwards comments because it's true and I can relate to it. If you're interested in the Maximum Ride series, you can check it out from the library at River Trail Middle School.
