Red Ribbon and RMc's Lights
Learning from others is a very good thing
4th Graders Team up with the Board
Mr. Sutter's students worked on becoming a closer and more effective class community at the start of the year. The pics below show one of the activities the children did during the first weeks of school. The board members learned about working together on a challenging activity.
No hands, just string, rubber bands and teamwork
Let's work together-carefully
Now let's build that pyramid of red cups.
Ronald McDonald visits and talks about Leaders
Everyone has some leadership skills within themselves. Some exude those skills more than others. Ronald's message was appropriate for everyone in the two shows where he presented his thoughts on listening, doing, action, and example. Ronald was very pleased with the students' behavior and gave us a sign that is posted on the bulletin board in our main entrance. Thanks for all the great years Ronald!
It's really an awesome school-wide event!
Each and every year our school community comes together to raise over 2500 cans/boxes/pouches of food for families in need. We have classroom competitions and a celebration in our cafeteria at the conclusion of the drive. We hope you will join in the effort again this year.
Let's get the Red out there!
Fun times during Red Ribbon week in Phy Ed class with some of our kiddos and the best PE teachers in the world.
