To Know God and Make Him Known
Thank You for Registering for the North/Northwest Austin Communities 3-Day Parent Practicum
Victory Baptist Church
Monday, Jul 27, 2015, 09:00 AM
1775 E Whitestone Blvd, Cedar Park, TX, United States
Arrival
Registration begins each day at 8:30 AM.
The bookstore opens at 8:30 AM.
Camp check-in begins at 8:45 AM.
The main session begins at 9:00 AM.
When you arrive, you will find two registration tables: one for registering with children and one for registering without children. Adults will register upon entry, and children will be registered in their classrooms.
Each family will be assigned a number. This number will be written on a wristband worn by each child throughout practicum. It will also be written on each parent's name tag.
A student roster will be available in each camp room which will include a place for you to initial when dropping off and picking up your child, including lunch. In addition to your initials the camp staff will match the family number to ensure security.
The main session will begin promptly each morning at 9 AM and conclude at 4 PM each day. Please allow at least 15 minutes or more for registration the first day.
Facility
We are grateful that Victory Baptist Church has allowed us to meet in their building. As a Christian organization, we want to exemplify Christ in our actions by keeping the building clean, not running in the hallways, and being polite and courteous to others.
We are delighted that you will be joining us for this 3 Day Parent Practicum and pray that you will leave this time equipped, encouraged, and empowered in your homeschooling and academic endeavors. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Edan Cotton at ecotton@classicalconversations.com
