Principal's Post
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Congratulations to all the students below who are Principal Scholars or made the A /B Honor Roll! Way to show your Raider PRIDE in academic excellence.
Our rising 6th- grade Orientation Night was postponed until April 20th due to the weather forecast on the 5th. We are looking forward to meeting our new Raiders.
Upon returning from Spring Break, we will be taking NWEA MAP assessment in ELA and Math to see the growth our students have made this school year. This week your child's math and ELA teacher have been reviewing previous data to remind students of the goals they set.
Below is the Zoom link for a combined SIC /PTO meeting on Tuesday, the 19th at 6:00pm. We are combining the meeting because we only have a treasurer on the PTO and if no one can commit for next year, we will have to dissolve the Parent Teacher Organization. This is due to the fact that Ms. Falls's son is going to high school and she will no longer hold the position. We will also set up a PTO / SIC table at the rising 6th-grade Orientation in an effort to recruit members for 22-23.
I hope you all have a restful break. I am very excited to spend some quality time with my family, unplug, and recharge to finish the school year strong. We have amazing students who deserve our best and that is the goal in bringing the 21-22 school year to a close.
Reminder: tutoring will resume starting Wednesday, April 27th. Please complete the NEW link below if your child plans to attend.
