You received a Parent Square notification this past week if your child's registration and data confirmation for the 2023-24 school year is not complete. Please log-in to the Aeries Parent Portal and complete the process as soon as possible. Data confirmation can be completed online at your own convenience. For support, contact your school. Our school teams are back in the office and available to answer your questions daily, from 7:30 - 4:30.
Look for a Parent Square notification from your principal regarding registration and other activities and events prior to the beginning of the school year, August 9.
For students who are new to the District, please bring the following documents to register at your school of residence:
- Your identification (ID card, driver's license)
- Verification of Birth
- Proof of residence (utility bill, rental lease, pay stub, or government-issued letters such as SSI, disability, and Social Services) that must be current within the last 30 days and must be under the parent's name.
- Proof of immunizations/shot records
ACTIVATE YOUR PARENT SQUARE ACCOUNT TO STAY CONNECTED
Parent Square is a safe and secure platform for school-to-home and home-to-school communication. I use it to send this weekly message. All of our schools rely on it to keep parents informed. Instead of a one-way communication tool, Parent Square provides two-way communication. But to fully utilize the two-way feature of Parent Square, you have to activate your account. Please follow the instructions below and activate your account today.

SAFETY UPDATE
Parents and legal guardians will receive a letter this summer to inform them of their responsibilities for keeping firearms out of the hands of children, as required by California law. The law is the result of an increase of children bringing firearms to school. In many of those cases, the child obtained the firearm from his or her home. Please take the time to review the letter and evaluate your own personal practices to assure that you and your family are doing your part to keep our schools safe.
