About Lynn
Lynn Hoffman has worn a wide variety of hats throughout her twenty-plus year public library career, but over the last decade has found her niche in administration, focusing on organizational development, customer service, and implementing big ideas on the front lines, working at the assistant director level at several large public library systems. She holds a BA in English from Boston University and an MA in Library and Information Science from the University of Iowa, and has been a presenter and trainer on leadership, management and organizational development topics at conferences and in other continuing education settings. Lynn is currently Director of Operations at the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey, and serves as President of the Library Leadership and Management Association, a division of the American Library Association.
