Why Is It Important to Work Together?

" In other words, in schools where teachers work together, students achieve higher results. Why is this the case? First, teachers make up the core of staffing in virtually every school, and, therefore, the majority of the impact occurs from their work. Additionally, it has been shown that the teacher is the most important influence on student learning." (Louis, Leithwood, Wahlstrom, & Anderson, 2010).
