What was the scientific revolution?

The change from the era of faith in Europe that started with the Renaissance. Scientific study extended to the heavens because of new scientists.

How did the change impact the society at the time?

Churches disagreed on whether to allow scientific discoveries to hold validity. Biology made major advancements which helped the average life span increase.

How is that change evidenced in today modern society?

Science played a larger role in education and medicine. We now have more information on celestial bodies. Specifically, we know about stars and their alignment.
