Please take a moment to make sure all info in your parent portals are correct (i.e. phone, emails, full address and contacts). Also, go to manage students on your parent portal, click on your child’s name, and edit medical and emergency information. Please put N/A if it does not pertain to your child. Make sure to hit save when complete!

Tuition is posted on the 20th of the month prior and is due the first Monday of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be assessed to any tuition payments received after the 7 day grace period Autopay will run on the 1st Monday of the month for tuition.

Due to the high demand for private lessons, lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Competition Dates:

Each competition releases their detailed schedule 7-10 days prior to the event.

Dance Team families should reserve the entire weekend for competition.

1. 3/25-3/27: Elite Performance Challenge, Methuen
2. 4/29-5/1: Dancin’ in the Streets, Chelmsford
3. 5/13-5/15: Elite Dance Challenge, Sturbridge

Competition Entry Fees:

• Competition Fees will be broken into four installments due the 15th of December, January, February, March.
• The first installment will be posted to the parent portal on December 1st. Competition fees must be paid on time.

Mandatory Saturday Rehearsals In January:

• All team dancers will have mandatory rehearsals January 8th & January 22nd.
• Detailed schedules will be released with the November Newsletter.

Ballet Attendance:

• Ballet attendance is vital to each dancer's success and development
• .Dancers who miss more than two ballet classes per semester may jeopardize their participation on the competition team.

Team Fundraising:

• I’m in search of a few parents interested in organizing and promoting competition team fundraising. Funds raised would go directly to participating team members to off-set the cost of competition entry fees. Please email director@project31dancestudio.org if interested!

Prop Parents Needed!

• Looking for parents with carpentry skills to volunteer to assist in prop production for our Junior, Teen, & Senior Teams! Please email director@project31dancestudio.org if interested!
