Happy April

The end of the year is coming quickly, but there are so many things that will be going on between now and May 27th. Please stay in touch with us to make sure that you're getting all of the important information in a timely fashion.

In this newsletter you will find announcements, opportunity for feedback, and calendar reminders. Please read carefully and respond to the survey regarding our end of year celebration.

We appreciate your commitment to Our Mother of Mercy and pray that you are successful in finding placement for your child for next year. If you need any assistance with this process, please contact the office as soon as possible.

End of Year Celebration

Due to the unique circumstance we face with closing the school at the end of this year, we have the opportunity to deviate from tradition and determine an end of year celebration that will best serve the needs of our community.

We would like to know what celebration you would be most likely to participate in for the end of year.

Please complete the survey below to let us know your thoughts. Further discussion regarding this matter will take place at the PTO Meeting next Tuesday, April 12th at 6pm. Please come and participate!

Lunch News

Mrs. Mack has been doing an amazing job of keeping up with the demands of the cafeteria in Mrs. Lee's absence. Since it is such a big job, and because we don't know when Mrs. Lee will return, we have contracted with St. Rita's to have them provide lunches for us. We have ordered plenty of food for each day, so please encourage your child to participate in school lunches! The students will still be served hot lunch as usual in the cafeteria.

The lunch menu for the rest of April will be sent home via your child's backpack. This new arrangement will begin next Monday, April 11th.

Please keep Mrs. Lee in your prayers.

We'd also like to give a HUGE shout out to Jackie Allen who prepared today's spaghetti lunch on her own. Thank you so much for your help!

Friday, April 8th - Early Release at 12:30pm

Please note that THIS FRIDAY will be an Early Release Day at 12:30pm. After school care is not available. Late pickups will be assessed a $25.00 fine.
