Hey Lady!
I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that your name on my "will terminate" report for October. That means I am showing that this month is the month for you to place 200 PRV in orders before the end of the month if you wish to remain a consultant. If you do not enter 200 in PRV, your account will cancel and you'll have to wait at least three months to reinstate as a consultant. :(
If that happens, you would miss the entire Fall Selling season! I'd HATE to see you go!!! I understand life happens and circumstances change. I consider a privilege to be apart of your journey.

First off: Before we get into the ideas....please know. I love you and there's nothing you can do about it. hehe. I am sooo happy you are apart of our team and happy to help keep you active anyway I can.
Secondly, I know you can do this! And you deserve all of the success waiting for you!!! I hope you'll stick with us and try one of several of these ideas to rejuvenate your business! Unfortunately you have two days left in the month, so we have to hurry to round up so orders.............or you'll have to call Scentsy immediately and ask for an extension.
If I could do it for you, I would - but realizing your hope and value in this business is up to you. Here are some ideas on how to get your $200 in for the month so that you don't lose your Scentsy account! I love having you on my team and I truly value you... Let me help you in any way that I can. It might take some guts, but...
YOU ARE WORTH IT. You are, you are SO worth it!
Why did you sign up for Scentsy? What is your BIG SCARY goal? I want to help you get there! Scentsy can help you pay off your debt, stay home with your kids, pay off that car, pay for your kids sports, anything! Don't forget why you started - and let that dream push you! :)
If you just reinstated this month - you should have been told that you need to have $200 in orders placed by the end of the month.. Whether you're reinstated or about to cancel, here are some creative ways to get $200 quickly!
1. Host one qualifying party (remember a qualifying party is at least 200 PRV).
2. Sell six 6-packs. Use themes like Freshen Your Spring Scents, Girls Night!
3. Do a poll for favorite discontinued scents and, based on the answers you receive, suggest new scents that are similar to their old favorites.
4. Provide outstanding customer service. Great customer service will get you 200 PRV every month without having to ask for sales, promote sales, or even having a party! If you make sure your customers have the very best Scentsy experience, they will come to you frequently with new orders. These orders add up quickly!
5. Follow up. When a customer orders a new scent, chooses a product they’ve never used before, or simply has an order direct-shipped, call within a week to ten days to check on them. This is often a good time to talk about their wish list and perhaps book a party.
6. Promote Scentsy specials. Specials are a great reason to connect with past Hosts as well as past and current customers. It won’t take long to get 200 PRV in orders.
7. Let Host Rewards/Exclusives do the work for you. Call every past Host to let them know what they could earn from a qualifying party.
8. Have a Host of the Month Club. Find six people who commit to purchasing 25 PRV in product per month. Make a schedule designating each person the Host for two months out of the year. Every month you would have one 200 PRV party and you’d have six happy customers who get to be the Host twice a year without too much effort on their part!
9. Post that you are getting ready to send in an order in three days and would be happy to include their order with yours. Let customers know about new fun products available now. Refer them to your PWS for contact information.
10. Be your own best customer. One Consultant shared, “I just ordered Washer Whiffs and hand soaps as I always keep those items in my cupboards. I used to buy gallon jugs from Costco; now I buy from myself.” The good news is, you not only save on shipping but you earn commission on your own order!
11. Work to get four 50 PRV orders. A few phone calls, a little follow up, and you’re on your way!
12. Change the way you purchase for personal use. Think about placing an order for everything you need for personal use only once every three months instead of a little each month. Chances are you will have at least a 200 PRV order. Remember you’ll save on shipping AND get free product.
13. Have an open house!
14. BRAND yourself! One Consultant tells us, “I never go to the grocery store without wearing my Scentsy shirt, my ‘Just getting warmed up’ jacket, Grace Adele scarf and purse, and I brand my kids...yup, they wear their Scentsy t-shirts to the store, too. I don't ALWAYS get a sale or hand out a catalog but eight out of ten times I do. Even if you get one qualifying party out of this method, you have your 200 PRV.”
15. Create a system for customer follow-up. Put all customer order forms in a binder organized by month. Each month, flip three months back in the binder and call five customers a day to see if they are ready to reorder. By the end of the month, you will have contacted approximately 100 customers and are bound to have gathered 200 PRV in sales. Be sure to enter orders at least twice a month.

Q: So what does it mean that your account is set to cancel?
A: It means that this is THE month that you have to submit AT LEAST 200 in PRV by the end of the month or you will no longer be a Scentsy consultant.
Q: What happens when I get my 200 PRV submitted?
A: You continue to be a consultant and have the ability to place order for you, your friends, and your family and get paid 20-30% on those sales!
Q: What happens if I do NOT get in the 200 minimum?
A: Your account will be purged from the system on the first of the following month.
Q: If I get canceled but want to come back as a consultant, can I?
A: Yes, but you'll have to wait 3 months....that's a long time to wait to get your Scentsy on!
Q: What are the new requirements to stay active?
A: Very simple. You must do 200PRV in ONE month out of every three. It must be done in one month but that PRV can be from website orders, individual orders, party orders, Scent and/or Warmer of the month subscription, a combination of those or any other way we earn PRV (retail products).
Q: What if I know Scentsy isn't the right fit for me but I still love the products?
A: We understand the business opportunity is not the right fit for everyone. If you still want to get your Scentsy on you can be a customer, hostess or a part of our Loyalty Customer Program that just launched Sept 1st where you get automatic shipments. You pick how often and what you want...just has to be consumable (i.e. not warmers). Have more questions let me know...no strings attached.
