Edmond Doyle News

Brrr...we are all surviving the cold at Edmond Doyle, but we won't complain if it warms up! Thanks for calling and letting us know if your child is sick. We have had several cases of confirmed flu and stomach viruses. Remind your child about how important it is to wash their hands, cough into their sleeve or shirt, and to be aware of germs. Please tell them that they need to drink plenty of water, eat good food, and get lots of rest. We hate it when our friends are sick.

Our trip to Steak and Shake with 44 students that had either 10 points over their goal or 200% of their goal with 90% accuracy was a lot of fun. We went to eat milkshakes on the coldest day of the year-how crazy is that!! lol A huge thanks to Steak and Shake for treating these high achieving students! We really appreciated them.

Our fourth graders represented us well at the Martin Luther King, Jr. program at Mt. Triumph Baptist Church. Thank you so much for inviting us and thanks for the yummy lunch!! Everyone learned a lot and enjoyed the occasion!

We've ordered everything we need to have our snow cones as a reward for winning the Chromebook cart from having the highest percentage of people at the Tech Expo. It will be awesome!!

Friday is Sucker Day! Bring your money to buy your favorite sucker. Each sucker costs $1.00. We have many delicious flavors from which to choose!!
