Endeavour Intermediate News
OCTOBER 2018
PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Our staff have been diligently assessing and learning about their students and finding the best interventions to support your child this year. I am proud of the work that they continue to demonstrate and the love they have for our Endeavour Community! If you ever get the opportunity to volunteer, you will see the MAGIC that happens everyday! It's AMAZING!
As we progress into the year, I encourage you to have open communication with us. It is imperative that communication is consistent and clear to build effective relationships from home to school and school to home. So, please don't hesitate to set up a meeting, email or give us a call!
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS - PARKING AND STUDENT DROP OFF & PICK UP
It is important to remember that when dropping off your child in the morning to please park in front of the school, which is located on 17th Avenue. Entrance to the gym is right around the corner of the building next to the north staff parking lot. Please remind your child to use the sidewalk and to walk up to the gym. For their safety, we ask that they not walk in the parking lot.
The north parking lot is specifically for use of the staff and district employees only. Please do not drop off, pick up or wait in the middle of the parking lot for your child in this area. Thank you for your support and willingness to help with parking. If you have any concerns/questions, please feel free to contact me.
OCTOBER IS SOCTOBER MONTH
Socktober
October 1-31
Endeavour is collecting new (and gently used) socks and other new personal items (undies, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) to donate for the homeless people in Pierce County to keep them warmer and healthier this fall and winter.
We are accepting all sizes and are very thankful for any and all of the donations that we receive. Please drop the socks in the big box outside of Mrs. Gallagher’s room (Room 224).
Thank you for your support in this
endeavor at Endeavour!
