A weekly news brief from St. Catharine School
Happy 80th Birthday Sister Margo!
November 1st, we will be gathering as a school community for our All Saints Day Mass. We will also be celebrating a very special birthday as Sister Margo turns 80 years young! We encourage all parents to attend and help us wish Sister Margo a very happy birthday!
Quick Updates
- Halloween Parade Reminder: Halloween Parade will be on Monday October 31st at 1:15 PM. Students in grades PreK-5 will march around the perimeter of our recess field, within our fence. Parents are encouraged to join us Monday afternoon and watch the parade. In respect to student safety, we kindly ask all parents to watch from the outside of our fence. Students will be marching by for a quick "high five" or photo opportunity.
- Halloween Costumes: Costumes should be tasteful, modest, and appropriate for a school environment. No form of weapon, masks, blood, or gore may be part of the costume.
- All students (preK-8) may wear their physical education uniform to school. Students in PreK-5 will change into their Halloween costumes at school.
- 8th Grade Students and Parents: High School placement tests and open house information http://www.stcatharineschool.net/scsl/Announcements/High%20School%20Placement%20Test%20Registration%20Form/
