HVEF Grant Proposals
I am the new chairperson of the Hopewell Valley Education Foundation Grants Committee and I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as well as give you some information about the streamlining of our grant application process. I hope that you find the changes we have made helpful:
Our grant deadline for this Fall is 11/13/2015. For your convenience, I have attached our updated application form and grant guidelines to this email. These documents can also be accessed at: http://hvef.org/grants/. Our guidelines have been updated with a list of the specific criteria HVEF looks for in its proposals, and the application form has been reorganized so that it is easier to fill out.
We are also no longer requiring hard copies of grant proposals. All applications should be sent via email to email@example.com by the deadline. In addition, we will no longer be asking for in-person presentations of grant proposals during a morning meeting to avoid disrupting the teaching responsibilities of our applicants.
I'm looking forward to reading your applications and learning about all the innovative ideas you have for improving the educational experiences of students in our district. If you have any questions about applying for an HVEF grant, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone (609 865 5379) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com).
