Tiger Times, November 2020

Burt Elementary School

Letter from Ms. Mathis and Ms. Karch:

Where's Waldo? Anyone who remembers that book knows the challenge it presents: finding something good in the midst of a lot of chaos. That is how we feel about the school year thus far. Even in the midst of all the chaos 2020 has presented we are seeing amazing things every single day in the building and online. We have been so proud to see what our virtual teachers and students are accomplishing, and our traditional students are rocking it out each and every day. We hope to continue to be a light for you and your students as we move into this month. We know it will present new challenges as we have our practice days for remote learning. Please know we are here to address any questions or concerns you may have.
