Return To Full Day Info
This past Tuesday Mr. Monore announced that beginning Monday, March 15th our Kindergarten-6th grade students will begin full day instruction from 9:10 am- 4:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Wednesdays will remain remote until at least spring break.
Wednesdays are opportunity for our students to receive intervention/small group time that is not available/accessible to them due to the CDC guideline recommendations for us to keep our cohort groups together. What this means is that students from more than one class are able to be serviced virtually and and safely and that our teachers can pull larger small groups for intervention as well. (Due to the guidelines we are not pulling groups like we have in years past)
Next week I hope to be able to provide more specific information for you in regards to breakfast/lunch/recess/specials/staggered dismissals/and more. I ask for your patience as I work through this new shift with our amazing Havel staff and promise to share the next steps in this journey with you as soon as I am prepared.
