We love volunteers at HSES! In order to volunteer, you must complete the volunteer application each year. We have computers set up at the school that you can utilize to register and registration must be completed at the school. Just stop by the front office and they will direct you to the computers we have set up for this. For more information on volunteering, you can visit the WCPSS Site found HERE.

Home Base gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades and assignments. With Home Base, powered by PowerSchool application, everyone stays connected. Families with multiple students can also set up their accounts to view all of their students at one time, with one login. Even though grades are not displayed at the elementary level, information regarding school assignment and transportation can be found in the portal. For more information, please click HERE.

Cheetah Pride

Mark your calendars for Chick-fil-A night, Monday September 17th from 5-8pm at the Holly Springs Chick-fil-A!

Boosterthon Business Sponsors Needed

Holly Springs Elementary School PTA would like to provide opportunities for businesses to advertise while supporting our school. In September and October, we will host our annual Boosterthon Fun Runs, a fun character and fitness-focused fundraiser. Each student receives a customized Boosterthon t-shirt with our school logo on the front. Students’ laps will be tallied on the back. In order to provide all students with these school spirit shirts at no cost to their families, we are partnering with local businesses like yours. Students wear their t-shirts year round as a symbol of pride for their achievement. If you choose to be a sponsor, your business logo will be displayed on the back of about 1,000 t-shirts! Interested? Email us at for forms and more information. Forms and payment due August 9th!

Class PTA Reps needed!

We would like to have a parent rep from each classroom to act as a liaison between the PTA Board and parents. This rep would collect email addresses and contact consent from parents in your class and use that information to send updates, volunteer opportunities, upcoming events, etc. Since everything can be done from home, this position is a perfect opportunity for a working parent or a parent with young children at home who wants to help, but can’t come in to school during the day. Let your teacher know you want to volunteer to be your classroom PTA Rep!

Rent or renew one or more 19" print with your family or child's name painted on it. One Paw $50, each additional Paw $35 or renew your current paw(s)-one Paw Renewal $40, each additional $25. All of the money raised goes directly to our HSES PTA. Advertise your business with a paw for $100. Rent your "paw" until the end of the school year and you will have the opportunity to rent it again next year. Forms will be coming home with your children soon!
