REGISTRATION & REQUIREMENTS
To register, a person must sign and complete a voter registration application. When completing the application, you must provide your full name, address, date of birth, and citizenship status. In addition, the application must be signed.

VOTER BEHAVIOR
Some people choose not to vote. The reason for why some people choose not vote is because they might think their vote wont make a difference, or may not count.
STRAIGHT TICKET: A ballot on which all votes have been cast for candidates of the same party.
SPLIT TICKET: A ballot on which not all votes have been cast for candidates of the same party.
BALLOT FATUGUE: When there are several names on a political ballot, and voters choose to ignore some candidates when there are too many choices.
AMENDMENTS DEALING WITH VOTING
15- Can not be denied voting rights due to race
17- We get to vote for senators
19- Allowed women to vote
23- Residents in D.C. can vote for presidency
24- Ended poll taxes
26- Changed voting age from 21 to 18
