Goals
Hitlers goals was to have the best economy in the world, and invade every country until he ruled all of them. He did invade Poland and other countries in Europe, and he controlled them. Germany during this time had some technology a couple years ahead than other countries, they also almost made a nuclear bomb, if they had made that, they would have taken over Europe.
How he gained support
Hitler was a very persuasive guy, he persuaded that he would take over the world in a short period of time, and they believed him. In his speeches he would talk about problems and how he would solve them, and he would talk about how some countries would attack and take over Germany, and how Germany wasn't treated fairly. That's how he persuaded his country to believe in him.
