Louisianians Against Slavery
Purge this evil from our home
Slavery - a vice on all our hearts
Here in the heart of the southern United States, the practice of slavery is rampant in our lives. We have forged bitterness between the African slaves and ourselves, considering them as sub-human. The old and inefficient way of slavery must come to an end, or else we will be left in the dust as other states move on and develop better and more efficient ways of doing things.
Our goals
- Educate the public about the damage slavery does on our economy
- Support anti-slavery businesses and other organizations
- Fight for equality through peaceful protests and rallies
- Rid the cancer of slavery from the beautiful magnolia that is Louisiana
Abolitionist leaders

No man can put a chain about the ankle of his fellow man without at last finding the other end fastened about his own neck.
Sojourner Truth
Truth is powerful and it prevails.
William Lloyd Garrison
Enslave the liberty of but one human being and the liberties of the world are put in peril.
