I'm Back!
Web Presence
I will be offering a session during Wednesday's QIT EdCamp. If you're interested, sign up and join me in the LRC classroom at 3:45!
Click here to view the Web Presence Guidelines Rubric.
Osmo
Osmo uses reflective technology to interact with any iPad and can be used to play 5 free apps that are available for download in the app store (*Numbers--NEW!, Tangrams, Words, Newton, and Masterpiece). The system costs $99 and includes the necessary pieces for Numbers, Tangrams, and Words (the others just require pen and paper).
Check out the video below to see Osmo in action. Let me know if you're interested in trying it out in your classroom.
*Please note that the Washington Osmo set does NOT include the Numbers tiles.
Hapara
To access Hapara, select the Hapara Dashboard icon in your Chrome Apps, or simply go to www.teacherdashboard.com.
Looking ahead: I am offering 2 sessions on Hapara for the February 5th Staff Development Day!
