Community of Concern West Hartford Community of Concern is an organization that was founded to work with parents to help keep our youth alcohol and drug free. We have expanded our programs to include mental health issues, social issues, avoidance or risky behaviors, while continuing education on substance prevention. Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI)
The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) is a FREE 20-week program that combines advocacy, leadership and citizenship skills into a curriculum to foster the best interests of children.

Parent Teacher Council (PTC) The PTC is a group that meets approximately once a month during the school year to discuss matters that impact the entire school district. Each meeting generally has a primary topic, followed by an informal Q&A/discussion with the Superintendent.
