Jim Cole's Beautiful Margherita Pizza
I chose Margherita Pizza because pizza is defiantly my favorite thing to eat. I love all kinds of pizza and I constantly trying new kinds of pizza whenever I can. My favorite kind is buffalo chicken pizza but I never had tried margherita pizza before, and It's my moms favorite type of pizza.
(Yield one 14 inch pizza)
Acquire necessary ingredients and equipment and pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees
Add warm water to a packet of yeast in the mixing bowl
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 1/4 cups of flour and a half teaspoon of salt and mix on high speed until the dough sticks to the hook.
Remove dough from mixer and place on a floured surface and work the dough into a ball
Prepare a half cup of basil, a quarter cup of parsley, and half the 1 cup of tomatoes.
Crumble the 4 ounces of goat cheese to prepare for the pizza
Knead the pizza into a flat pizza circle then lightly coat the dough in olive oil. Then top the pizza with vegetables and cheese
Remove from the oven after 14 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

This pizza was very simple to make as well as delicious! As you can tell, I do not have a picture of the finished pizza because I was so excited to eat that I actually forgot to take a picture. In reflection I wish I had more tomatoes and maybe less basil because there was a lot of green on the pizza however it was still delicious!
