We want to make you aware of an upcoming changes that may affect your usage of ParentsWeb or the RenWeb Home App.

Four years ago, RenWeb was acquired by another company called FACTS, and on Friday, October 12, they are launching a new website and rebranding the RenWeb company to the FACTS name.

What does this mean for you?

  • The way you log into your accounts will not change (whether in ParentsWeb or on the RenWeb Home app). Your usernames and passwords will remain the same.

  • You can still log into the RenWeb Home app, although you may see new colors and logos in the app.

  • If you currently go to RenWeb.com to access ParentsWeb, you will be able to continue doing so for a time, but you’ll want to start making the switch and logging in at FACTSMgt.com.

  • There are additional login instructions on the Parent Resources sheet that FACTS provided. It’s available here.

If the name RenWeb is going away, are any other names going away?

Yes, but FACTS is taking a methodical process to the product name changes. The RenWeb Home app will continue to be called the RenWeb Home app. You can search “RenWeb Home” in the App Store or Google Play to find it.

The name ParentsWeb will be changing to FACTS Family Online. However, you will still login using the same credentials at FACTSMgt.com and you will still use it the same way once you’ve logged in. See this sheet for more details.

Thank you for your flexibility and please let Mary Dvorsky at mdvorsky@stlouiswaco.org know if you have any other questions regarding the change.

Refer a Future Cougar

Do you have friends, family, fellow church members, or neighbors who might be interested in learning more about St. Louis Catholic School? We'd would love to provide them with information about our wonderful school. We have a very easy process where you can refer a family. Just click here, complete the form, and submit it. We will do the rest and keep you updated on the process.

We also are hosting events (see image below) where families can come visit and, of course, students are always welcome to come shadow for a day.

Kindergarten Trick or Treat for Coins

Every year our kindergarten classes "Trick or Treat for Coins" to raise money to help a sister school that is experiencing some hardship. This year, the kinder students are raising money to help students and their families from St. Mark's Catholic School in Wilmington, North Carolina where Hurricane Florence hit. The kinder students will be trick or treating around the school in the afternoon on October 17 and October 24. Students in other grades are invited to bring their extra coins to distribute to the kinder students as they come by to trick or treat. It also is important that we pray for those impacted by Hurricane Florence.

Time, Talent & Treasure Program

You can check your volunteer credits for our Time, Talent & Treasure Program on RenWeb. All the credits should be entered but for the following events:

Sacred Heart Fall Festival

Go to Parent RenWeb, click FAMILY, and then the SERVICE tab. All entries are made under the mother's record.

If there are any discrepancies, please see Mrs. Chollett.
