Wellness by Katie Wright

One of the most common resolutions for the new year is something related to health, wellness, fitness, or weight loss. Did you make one of these resolutions? If so, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you! One thing I think can be most helpful is accountability. If anyone is interested in having an accountability partner or group for your wellness goal please let me know and I'll try to get that rolling.

Even if you did not make a resolution this year but you are wanting to get back on track after the holidays, be looking at the wellness blog to check on new classes being offered. I will let you know as new opportunities arise.
