What is PBL?
Project based learning is an instruction strategy that allows students to foster their own creativity by becoming independent real-world problem solvers. Students will collaborate with peers to develop solutions to everyday issues.

Steps to PBL
1.Significant content- plan a project students care about
2.Need to Know- hook the students
3.Driving question-challenge the students
4.Student voice and choice-give students ownership
5.21st century skills-allow students to collaborate and communicate
6.Inquiry and innovation-encourage inquiry and discovery
7.Feedback and revision-set timelines, checklists, and rubrics
8.Publicly presented product-invite parents, other teachers, etc. to presentations
