21 years of Pride at Colleyville Heritage High School

Panthers,
Wow, what a great first week!! As always, the students and staff have amazed me this week with their commitment and excitement about this year at CHHS!! It fills me with PRIDE to see our students filled with passion for learning and to interact with the staff and their peers. As I walked the campus yesterday, I was able to see our students with laptops opened collaborating as they worked to solve problems in a variety of different contents. It has been fun seeing our students practicing all of their extracurricular events over the past couple of weeks, and I know they cannot wait to display their hard work for our entire community to see. It is going to be the BEST year in CHHS history, and I am glad to be a part of it. GO PANTHERS!!

Student Voice
To have pride in something (being proud of something) to me, is to be associated with something that you feel well represented by. It could be something that you've helped establish, something that highlights your best qualities, or something you have a deep emotional attachment to, but universally, we tend to have pride in what we feel close to, what we believe upholds good, and I get that feeling every day from CHHS.
