Farm
Apple trees are grown at an orchard, and the juicy apples are picked from the trees. Next the apples are loaded onto trucks and prepared for shipment to the factory.
Factory
The trucks load the apples into a pit waiting to be picked up by a conveyor belt, that carries them to a grinder. It grinds the apples into tiny pieces. The grinded apples are called pommus. The pommus lands in a funnel and is pumped through a tube onto a conveyor belt. It goes through rollers that squeeze out the juice. It goes into a pan were the bacteria is killed. A worker slides bottles into place and nozzles descend onto the bottles and spray cider into them. The caps land on top of the bottles and are tightened by spinning wheels. The bottles are loaded into crates and shipped to the store.
Store
Now you have apple cider! People buy apple cider to drink. People mostly buy it in the Fall. It tastes very good.
Fun Facts
